Cindy Fletcher has extensive work experience in various roles in the nonprofit sector. From 1992 to 1994, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Keystone Investor Resource Center. In 1995, they joined United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley as a Pledge Processing Manager, where they managed a department responsible for inputting and maintaining client information. Cindy implemented measures to increase production and improve workflow. In 2002, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where they directed strategies to ensure data integrity and implemented system automations to improve data quality and customer satisfaction. Cindy also served as the Director of Campaign Services, managing daily operations and cultivating key company accounts. Their role included developing online workplace giving sites for over forty companies, raising $6 million.

Cindy Fletcher has a Bachelor of Science degree with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Lesley University. Cindy also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
