Marvin Rocha

Marvin Rocha currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development for Individual Giving at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Marvin held the position of Senior Director of Major Gifts at Fenway Health from November 2021 to October 2022. Marvin's experience at the University of Pennsylvania spanned nearly a decade, with roles including Director of Multicultural Outreach & Penn Spectrum Programs and Associate Director of Young Alumni Programs. Additionally, Marvin contributed to D3 Real Estate Development as a Capstone Project member and spent over six years at Teach for America in various capacities, including Director of Individual Giving and Director of Strategy, Talent, Operations. Marvin holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Economic Growth and Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution, majoring in History, Sociology, and Classical Studies.
