Naomi Cruz

Naomi Cruz currently serves as the Special Assistant for Development at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Chief Development Officer and stakeholders, managing the CDO's calendar, and supporting development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Affairs Specialist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and a Policy Intern at United Way, where research and policy brief creation were key tasks. Naomi also has a significant tenure as an Executive Assistant at BMC HealthNet Plan, where project implementation and executive support were focal points, and previously worked as a Tenant Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Broadway Realty and Associates. Naomi is pursuing a degree at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, having previously earned an Associate of Arts in History and Government from Bunker Hill Community College, along with a certificate in Executive Assistant Administration from Katharine Gibbs.
