Rané Bracey-Westbrook

Rané Bracey-Westbrook has extensive experience in grant management and compliance. Rané served as the Vice President of Grant Management and Compliance at United Way of Massachusetts Bay from April 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Grant Finance at the same organization from October 2017 to April 2023. Before joining United Way, they worked at Harvard University Graduate School of Education as a Senior Grants and Contracts Manager from July 2011 to September 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Academic/Department Administrator at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2010.

Rané Bracey-Westbrook holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University, which they completed in 2019. Rané also obtained a Professional Graduate level Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Harvard University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Worcester State University.
