Barbara Brown

Barbara Brown has over two decades of experience in managerial roles. Since August 2005, Barbara has served as the Pledge Processing Manager at the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, where responsibilities include overseeing pledge management and processing operations. Prior to this role, Barbara spent a decade at IBM from 1991 to 2001, holding the position of Operations Manager, where strategic oversight and operational efficiency were key focuses.
