Hai-Chau Carroll

Hai-Chau Carroll is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of 211 Training & Quality Assurance at United Way of Metro Chicago, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Hai-Chau held the role of Training & QA Manager at the same organization. Additional experience includes serving as Restaurant Manager at Hai Yen Restaurant since August 2000 and as Manager of Resource Directory at Unite Us from January 2022 to May 2022.
