Lissette Huertas has extensive experience in event management and administration, currently serving as Board Secretary and Executive Administrator, along with Senior Manager of Programs and Events, at United Way of Metro Chicago since June 2014. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Events Manager within the same organization. Lissette's hospitality experience includes positions as Catering Sales Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, Convention Services Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and various roles at InterContinental Chicago O'Hare, including Sales Administrative Assistant and Meeting Concierge. Early in the career, Lissette worked as an Inside Account Sales Representative at ASAP Software. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
