Greg Mangum

Vice President, Financial Stability Planning & Coordination at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas

Greg Mangum serves as the Vice President of Economic Mobility at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since June 2012, where responsibilities include developing strategies for family financial stability and building partnerships with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Greg held multiple positions at Capital One from 1999 to 2012, including Community Relations Manager, where strategic community programs were managed across ten Texas markets, and Operations Manager, overseeing a call center team. Earlier in their career, Greg worked as Customer Relations Manager at Protection One, managing communications and customer service, and as Operations Manager at Squire Communications, leading various operational functions at a security monitoring facility. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Baylor University, which was attended from 1983 to 1985.
