Hillary E. Evans currently serves as the Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, a position held since September 2023. With a robust background in public policy and social impact, Hillary operates as a self-employed consultant since January 2016. Previous roles include Vice President of Professional Learning and Public Policy at Philanthropy Southwest, and Founding Executive Director of After8toEducate, an organization dedicated to supporting high school youth experiencing homelessness. Hillary's early career includes positions such as Policy Analyst at the Council for Court Excellence and Senior Associate at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from William & Mary.
