Lavonda Howell

Lavonda Howell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in provider support and training within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Support and Training at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since August 2022, Lavonda previously held the role of TEA Resource Manager at the same organization from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included creating partnerships with childcare owners to enhance classroom quality and engagement through state resources. Prior experience includes serving as Center Manager at ChildCareGroup from April 2015 to July 2019. Lavonda holds a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University.
