Rebecca Billings

Rebecca Billings is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since December 2023, Rebecca previously held the same title at the Dallas Arboretum Botanical Society, Inc. for over six years, overseeing a team of 60 and managing a $24 million budget. Rebecca's career includes significant roles at the American Heart Association, where responsibilities encompassed operations leadership, financial reporting, and the development of public health initiatives. Earlier, Rebecca served as Controller at both Community Health Centers of King County and The Salvation Army, leading various accounting teams. Rebecca holds an MBAACC from the University of Phoenix and a BS in General Biology with a focus on Wildlife Management from Central Washington University.
