Susan Hoff has extensive leadership experience in nonprofit management and early childhood education. Currently serving as Chief Strategy, Impact & Operating Officer at United Way Metropolitan Dallas since March 2009, Susan oversees key departments and ensures strategic alignment for organizational growth. Previously, as Board Chair for the Texas Early Childhood Education Coalition, Susan led efforts to secure over $69 million in funding for early education programs across Texas. Additionally, Susan held the position of President/CEO at ChildCareGroup, managing a nonprofit with a $49 million budget, and served as Executive Director of Educational First Steps, significantly expanding its services. Susan's educational background includes degrees in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from The University of Texas Permian Basin and Fort Lewis College, along with advanced studies at The University of Texas at Dallas.
