Tamiya Dowell

Tamiya Dowell is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in tax preparation and accounts receivable. Currently serving as Staff Accountant at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since August 2023, Tamiya has previously held roles at FORVIS as an Associate and at BKD CPAs & Advisors as both a Tax Associate and Tax Intern, where responsibilities included preparing individual, trust, and corporate tax returns. Tamiya also contributed as a Supervisor at UNT Recreational Sports, managing event integrity and participant safety, and gained early experience as a Sales Associate at Walmart.
