Allison D.

Allison D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in justice and opportunity initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Justice & Opportunity at the United Way of New York City since February 2022. In this leadership role, Allison leads the design and implementation of justice reform initiatives, focuses on stakeholder relationships, and oversees metrics analysis to enhance programming outcomes.
