United Way of Northern New Jersey
United Way of Northern New Jersey is working to advance the common good by focusing on EDUCATION, INCOME, and HEALTH. These are the building blocks for a good life: a quality education that leads to a stable job; the tools needed to achieve financial stability; and good health. We aim to create long-lasting community change by addressing the underlying causes of the most significant local issues. We believe that it takes everyone in the community working together to create a brighter future. We convene people from all across the community – government, business, faith groups, nonprofits, and fellow citizens – to tackle the issues. Why? Because we all win when… - A child is able to achieve their potential and succeed in school. - A family becomes financially stable and independent. - Individuals are able to achieve and maintain good health throughout the stages of their lives.
