Danielle Schwer is an experienced professional in social work and program management, currently serving as the RSVP Program Manager for AmeriCorps Seniors at United Way of Northwest Vermont since September 2016. In this role, Danielle oversees RSVP grants, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing relationships with funders, and preparing program reports. Previous experience includes positions such as Capital Campaign Coordinator for VNA of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties, where Danielle contributed to the opening of Vermont's first respite house, and Substitute Residential Counselor at Lund Family Center, focusing on support for pregnant and parenting mothers.
