Maia Hanron

Maia Hanron, MA, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at the United Way of Northwest Vermont since August 2024. Previously, Maia held the position of Case Manager & Executive Staff Assistant at the Vermont Human Rights Commission from January 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included analyzing potential complaints of discrimination and managing electronic intake logs. Maia also worked at United Way of Northwest Vermont as a Resource Coordinator from May 2021 to January 2023, assisting employees with community resources affecting their work-life balance. Prior roles include Operations/Project Specialist in Child Psychiatry at the University of Vermont and Reach Up Case Manager for the State of Vermont.
