Nicole Clements

Nicole Clements is an experienced professional currently serving as the Working Bridges Resource Coordinator at the United Way of Northwest Vermont since March 2023. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles, including Training Manager at ReSOURCE from April 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included project development, adult and youth training coordination, and HR documentation management. Nicole also operated Inspire Change as the Owner Operator Trainer from January 2015 to March 2023, focusing on training development in implicit bias and career development. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Account Manager at Creative Workforce Solutions, Employment Consultant at Transitions II, Inc., Branch Manager at Westaff, and Marketing Consultant at Hall Communications, Inc.
