Ruthann Hackett is an experienced professional in donor relations and program coordination, currently serving as the Donor Relations Manager of Individual Gifts at United Way of Northwest Vermont since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing donor relationships and annual leadership gifts. Previously, Ruthann held the role of RSVP Program Coordinator at United Way of Chittenden County from June 2012 to August 2014, directing volunteer programs for individuals aged 55 and older. Ruthann's extensive experience with United Way of Chittenden County also includes positions as Program Coordinator and RSVP Outreach Coordinator, focusing on volunteer engagement and management training. Early career experience includes working as a Paraprofessional at Chittenden South Supervisory Union, supporting students with learning disabilities. Ruthann earned a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont between 1976 and 1980.
