C. Lynn Willis, MSFE, currently serves as the Director of Family Stability Initiatives at United Way of Pierce County, where responsibilities include leading the strategic development of the Center for Strong Families and enhancing partnerships within the community. Prior experience includes five years as Employment Supervisor/Trainer/Data Analyst at Sound Outreach, guiding participants in career planning and assessments. Additional roles encompass Education Coordinator/Instructor at Courage360, Veterans Affairs Master Benefits Advisor at Serco, and numerous positions within academia as an adjunct professor. C. Lynn Willis holds a Master's Degree in Foundations of Education with a Concentration in Educational Leadership from Troy University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cheyney University and an Associate's Degree in Air Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force.
