Cortney Nicolato

Cortney Nicolato is the current President & CEO of United Way of Rhode Island. Prior to this, they served as President & CEO of The Senior Source from January 2016 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the overall executive non-profit management of The Senior Source, the leader in eldercare services in Dallas. Nicolato has also served as Vice President, Marketing & Strategy at Get Real Health from September 2010 to February 2015, and as Senior Advisor & Director, New Business Initiatives at American Heart Association | American Stroke Association from March 2015 to January 2016. Cortney began their career at American Heart Association as Director, Quality & Health IT Business Development in June 2005.

Cortney Nicolato holds a Master’s of Nonprofit Administration from Northeastern University and a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business. Cortney is also certified by Leadership Rhode Island as a Graduate - Omicron II and Healthcare Certification as a Certified Professional in Health IT (CPHIT).
