Jayne Donegan

Jayne Donegan is a Director at United Way of Rhode Island. Jayne has over 20 years of experience in counseling public and private corporations in major transactional matters, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures, and private placements and public offerings of securities. Jayne also has experience advising public corporations on SEC reporting and compliance matters, executive compensation, and general corporate matters. Prior to their current position, Jayne was a Member at Brown Rudnick for April 1993 to April 2007 and an Associate at Edwards & Angell from September 1989 to April 1993.

Jayne Donegan received their Doctor of Law (JD) from University of California at Berkeley and their AB in Sociology and Women's Studies from [Dartmouth College.
