Liz Garland

Liz Garland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community outreach, marketing, and program development. Currently serving as a Resource Navigator at the United Way of Southeast Louisiana since July 2024, Liz previously held the position of Outreach Coordinator at Start Corporation from August 2021 to July 2024. Prior roles include Community Outreach Recruiter and Account Representative at The Blood Center, and Social Media and Marketing Consultant for various small businesses and non-profits. Liz's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions in the Girl Scouts organization and the Zink the Zebra Foundation, focusing on diversity education. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from West Texas A&M University.
