Ibidunmoye (IB) Awoyale currently serves as Engagement Manager at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey since July 2013, where responsibilities include managing large-scale events with up to 600 volunteers and overseeing project management and logistics. Previously, Ibidunmoye worked as Program Manager for Community Impact at the United Way of Camden County from September 2007 to June 2013, focusing on grant tracking and reporting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Social Worker in the OB & GYN Department at CamCare Health Corporation. Ibidunmoye holds an MBA from Strayer University, an MSW from Rutgers University - Camden, a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and an AAS in Business from Camden County College.
