Jennifer Egmont is an experienced professional in engagement and communications, currently serving as Director, Engagement and Communications at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey since July 2019. Jennifer also leads strategic initiatives and partners in case making and public policy within the organization. Previously, Jennifer held multiple titles at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia from October 2008 to June 2019, including Director of GPLEX and Projects, where responsibilities included planning the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange. Earlier experience includes positions at the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs - Rutgers University, serving as Project Coordinator and later as Project Manager. Jennifer Egmont holds an MA in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Camden and a BA in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
