Lisa Simms has extensive experience in pledge processing and database management within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Pledge Processing at United Way of Southeastern PA since July 2012, Lisa has dedicated over three decades to the United Way organization, including roles as Donor Associate, Data Manager, Database Administrator, and Database Manager. Key responsibilities have included managing special handling accounts, developing database applications, and maintaining records for funded agencies and programs. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University, earned between 2016 and 2019, and previously attended Community College from 2000 to 2002.
