Sybille Damas currently serves as the Managing Director of Human Resources at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Sybille Damas was the Director of Operations at Ballinger from February 2022 to January 2024, where operational support was provided for a workforce of 270 employees and a diverse array of architectural solutions were managed. Prior experiences include roles at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, where Sybille Damas advanced through multiple leadership positions, culminating as Chief Operations Officer, and played a critical role in strategic operations and program development focused on the Latino community. Additional leadership roles were undertaken at Warren E. Smith and ASOCIACION DE PUERTORRIQUENOS EN MARCHA, INC. in the areas of mental health and family services. Sybille Damas holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University, a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, along with specialized training in Board Leadership and Governance from the University of Pennsylvania.
