Currently serving as a 2-1-1 Information and Referral Resource Specialist at United Way of Summit County since July 2018, Barb previously held the same title at Info Line, Inc. from September 2016 to June 2018, and worked as a Certified Resource Specialist at United Way of Greater Stark County from June 2010 to April 2016. Barb's expertise also includes prior experience as a Customer Service Representative at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, where responsibilities involved handling unemployment claims, and as a Partnership Specialist at Stark County Community Action Agency. Barb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corrections from Kent State University.
