Mary Ann Mills

Mary Ann Mills has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as a Partnership Field Advisor at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank since June 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance standards in the agency accounts across an eight-county region. Additionally, Mary Ann has been an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader at the United Way of Summit County since May 2014, planning and implementing professional development for VISTA members and recruiting volunteers for sustainable program development. Previously, as an Ohio Benefit Bank Community Organizer at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank from July 2013 to May 2014, Mary Ann maintained a network of community organizations to connect low and moderate-income families with essential programs and expanded service reach by 25%. Mary Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Divisional Social Science from The University of Akron.
