Beth Watson

Beth Watson, SPHR is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer who previously held a VP Human Resources title at United Way of Tarrant County. Prior to this, Beth worked as a consultant at The Whitney Smith Company and WhitneySmith Company, focusing on Employee Relations Issues, EEOC and TWC claims, HR policies and procedures, employee training, and certification in HR. Beth obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing from Texas Christian University.
