Shanna Snider

Shanna Snider currently serves as Regional Director at the United Way of Tarrant County, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Shanna was a Senior Managing Associate and Project Manager at Hagerty Consulting, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary team for recovery initiatives in Lee County, Florida. Shanna has held various leadership positions, including Director of Humanitarian Affairs and Outreach at Global Support and Development, Leadership and Management Training Facilitator, and Program Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières, where extensive experience in emergency healthcare operations was gained. Additionally, Shanna co-founded Respond & Rebuild in response to Superstorm Sandy, and served as Development Associate at All Hands Volunteers, focusing on volunteer management and external communications. Shanna holds an Executive MPA in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University.
