Shon Dorsey, MSW, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Tarrant County since March 2025. Prior to this, Shon held the position of Director of Agency Growth at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America from October 2023 to March 2025 and was the Chief Operations Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan from July 2022 to October 2023. Shon's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County and Director of Organizational Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Other roles include Executive Director at YMCA of Greater San Antonio, Director of Programs at Wesley Community Center, Program Development Manager at Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, and Program Manager at United Way of Greater Houston. Shon earned a Master of Social Work with a focus on Leadership, Administration, and Advocacy, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications-Public Relations from the University of Houston.
