Molly Day

Molly Day is an accomplished Early Learning Director at the United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, leading a diverse team in implementing the Early Learning Multnomah initiative, which focuses on creating an equitable early learning system in Multnomah County. With extensive experience in early childhood education and social policy, Molly serves as a member of the Early Childhood Learning and Innovation Network of Communities (EC-LINC) at the Center for the Study of Social Policy and has participated in prestigious fellowships such as the National Leadership Academy for the Public's Health and the Equity Leaders Action Network through The BUILD Initiative. Prior roles include Early Works Director at the Children's Institute and Program Manager at Morrison Child and Family Services, emphasizing program development and policy influence. Molly holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
