Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at United Way of the Midlands since April 2022, Jodi has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Prime Time Healthcare and Human Resources Generalist roles at multiple companies including Delasco and Hansen-Mueller Company. With a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes, Jodi has effectively managed HR functions in diverse environments, including education and healthcare. Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Buena Vista University and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Metropolitan Community College.
