Liz Christensen

Liz Christensen is an experienced professional in leadership donor management and nonprofit marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Donor Management at United Way of the Midlands since January 2023, Liz collaborates with corporate partners to enhance fundraising initiatives and support major donor groups. Previous roles include Marketing and Communications Manager at Siena Francis House and Executive Director at Destinations Coffee House, where Liz championed community empowerment through faith and opportunity. Additionally, Liz held leadership positions at ACREW UNL, focusing on communication and organizational management, and served as Chief of Marketing at Pickit Mobile, where comprehensive brand management and social media strategy were pivotal. Liz holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Criminology, along with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
