Sue Litera

Sue Litera is an accomplished nonprofit leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of United Way of the Mohawk Valley since December 2023. As CEO and Founder of Bill's Brigade since October 2017, Sue has developed programs and secured funding to support families in crisis. Previous roles include Director of Development and Communications at The Arc of Madison Cortland, where Sue implemented long-term fundraising strategies, and Chief Development Officer at Clear Path for Veterans, directing diverse fundraising efforts. Sue's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions at Manlius Pebble Hill School, Andrews Osborne Academy, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Syracuse. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Journalism from SUNY Morrisville.
