Paul Mina has been working in the non-profit sector for over 50 years. Paul started their career as a Unit Director at the Worcester Boys and Girls Club in 1969. Paul then became the Campaign Director at United Way of Central Mass in 1988. In 1994, they became the President & CEO at United Way of Tri-County. Paul has dedicated their life to helping others and making a difference in their community.
Paul Mina earned their BS in Human Service Administration from Springfield College-School of Human Services. Paul is certified in Executive Management & Fund Raising from the National Academy of Volunteerism. Paul also has a certification from Boys and Girls Clubs of America in Certified Boys & Girls Club Professional and a certification from United Way Worldwide in Graduate of the National Academy of Volunteerism.
