Erika Wiebe

Collective Impact Facilitator at United Way Winnipeg

Erika Wiebe is an experienced community development professional with a strong background in facilitating collective impact initiatives and engaging with diverse communities. Since April 2015, Erika has worked as a Collective Impact Facilitator with United Way of Winnipeg. Prior to this role, Erika spent nearly a decade at Neighbourhoods Alive, where responsibilities included developing community consultation processes and supporting partner organizations. Erika's earlier experience includes significant contributions to Winnipeg Child and Family Services, where community outreach and development initiatives were carried out, as well as founding outreach efforts at Ellice Parent Child Centre and working as a childcare and social worker at Marymound Inc. Erika holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo.
