Hillary Gair is a skilled community engagement professional with extensive experience in coordinating programs that connect individuals and organizations to community needs. Currently serving as Community Engagement Manager at United Way Winnipeg since July 2012, Gair facilitates various engagement opportunities and collaborates with partners to address community issues. Previous roles include Outreach and Student Services at the Manitoba Conservatory of Music & Arts, where Gair coordinated free music programs for underserved youth, and Program Coordinator at Friends of Sherbrook Pool, developing and managing free swimming lessons. Gair's experience also includes managing youth programs for the City of Winnipeg and working as an Adoption Counselor at D'Arcy's ARC, focusing on animal adoptions and volunteer management. Gair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Winnipeg and further education from RRC Polytech.
