Aaron Krolikowski, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Research & Data Insights at United Way Worldwide, leading efforts to utilize research and data analytics to enhance community impact across over 1,100 communities in 34 countries. Previously, Aaron held the position of Vice President of Programs at United Way of Southern Nevada, overseeing essential programs in housing, food support, education, workforce development, and crisis services. Additionally, roles included interim leadership in community impact and consulting within the organization on various initiatives. Aaron also founded AKRO | Krolikowski Consulting, providing expertise in impact measurement and policy analysis for the nonprofit sector. Past experience includes serving as Managing Director at Cazenovia West and an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo. Educational credentials include a DPhil in Geography and the Environment from the University of Oxford, an MPhil in Development Studies, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
