Charmaine Brown serves as the Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at United Way, focusing on promoting health, education, and financial stability in communities. Additionally, Charmaine is the Co-Chair of the Maryland Commission on Climate Change and leads the Climate Justice Steering Committee, advocating for equity in climate initiatives.
