Randall Gervis

Randall Gervis has extensive experience in prospect research and development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Prospect Researcher at United Way Worldwide since October 2008, Gervis has established programs for prospect identification, tracking, and stewardship, while leading strategy sessions for major gifts. Previously, at American University from January 2003 to May 2007, Gervis managed major and leadership gift portfolios, instituted scoring metrics for potential constituents, and conducted regular reporting. Prior experience includes a role as Grant Writer/Executive Assistant at the University of Maryland from May 1999 to March 2003, where responsibilities involved strategic direction in fundraising and partnership development, and an earlier position as Coordinator of the Student Ambassador Program at the same institution from March 1994 to February 1998, focusing on budget management and event coordination. Gervis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, obtained in 1994.
