Arti Khanijo has worked in various roles across different companies since 2001. Arti began their career as an Executive - Quality Auditor at Bharti Airtel Limited, where they conducted quality audits of inbound, outbound, and non-voice teams, managed outsource agency audits for Airtel, and provided timely feedback to customer care representatives. In 2007, Arti moved to World Phone India Pvt. Ltd. as a Key Account Manager, where they generated business from mobile operators and enterprises, conducted presentations, and created market/channel alliances for voice products. In 2008, they joined 2ergo group plc as a Manager - Business Development, where they managed data products life cycle, initiated and closed SMS short code 58247 technical integration across telecom operators, and promoted usage of mobile applications. In 2009, they joined IBIBO Web Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager - Business Development, where they established business on SMS, Voice, and WAP. In 2012, Arti moved to Tencent India (10c India Internet Pvt Ltd) as an Associate Director - BD Head (OnePay/WeChat). In 2018, they joined Kylin Experience as the Head - Marketing & Alliances. Most recently, Arti has been working as the Product Head at both United We Care and United For Her. At United For Her, they work to weave social, mental, financial, and legal support for women and LGBTQ who are going through separation or a difficult time in their life.
Arti Khanijo obtained their B.sc in Science from Delhi University between 1998 and 2001. Arti then went on to receive their PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In 2006, they obtained their six sigma yellow belt from Bharti Airtel Limited. Prior to that, they attended Manav Sthali School.
