Emma Tamplin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in promoting the advancement of women and girls in various sectors. As the Founder and Director of Emma's Place since February 2024, Emma focuses on building confidence and skills in STEM fields. Currently a member of the Board of Directors for both Celtic Horizons and United Welsh, Emma contributes to community-focused initiatives in housing and asset management. Previously, Emma served as Head of Projects and Partnerships at Chwarae Teg, where strategic leadership involved managing training and projects aimed at fostering inclusive workplaces. Emma's early career included key roles in women's management networks and operational HR, showcasing a long-standing commitment to empowering women and enhancing workplace diversity. Emma holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales.
