Nicola Beynon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People Services at United Welsh since March 2019, Nicola has also held the position of Interim Head of the People Team and is recognized as a Company Solicitor with higher rights of audience in civil matters. Nicola's involvement with First Choice Housing Association Limited as a Board Member began in December 2022. Previously, at Le Gros Solicitors Limited, Nicola was a Partner and earned notable recognition in the Chambers and Partners Guide and the Legal 500 for contributions to the legal field. Early career roles included Associate Solicitor at Le Gros Solicitors LLP, Assistant Solicitor at M&A Solicitors LLP, and Trainee Solicitor at Osbornes Solicitors in London. Nicola holds a Law LLB degree from Cardiff University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
