Vicki's career began at the NHS, where responsibilities included international recruitment and advising on HR matters, followed by administrative roles in other organizations such as the University of Wales, Newport, and Welsh Water. Vicki holds CIPD qualifications and has engaged in professional development and training throughout the career trajectory.
