Vicki Hindley

Vicki Hindley has extensive experience in HR and governance, currently serving as Governance and Executive Support at United Welsh since August 2018. Prior to this role, Vicki worked at Castleoak from October 2006 to February 2018 as an HR Assistant, supporting various HR functions including recruitment, compliance, training, and employee relations, while proficiently managing the Sage Snowdrop HR system. Vicki's career began at the NHS, where responsibilities included international recruitment and advising on HR matters, followed by administrative roles in other organizations such as the University of Wales, Newport, and Welsh Water. Vicki holds CIPD qualifications and has engaged in professional development and training throughout the career trajectory.
