Amy Ellias

Amy Ellias has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy started their career in 2000 at Kelly Services, where they held roles such as Legislative Analyst, Project Analyst, and Sr Analyst. At Kelly Services, they managed supplier relationships, provided subject matter expertise, developed proposals, and conducted legislative analysis. In 2017, they joined Quicken Loans as a Business Analyst and later became an Agile Product Owner, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements. Currently, Amy is working at United Wholesale Mortgage, where they have held roles such as Scrum Master II, Team Lead for Scrum Masters, and Team Lead for Documents Artificial Intelligence. Their expertise lies in agile methodologies, documentation, and leading cross-functional teams.

Amy Elias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from King's College from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they almost completed a BS in Environmental Science from Oakland University between 1992 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials and Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations from Scrum Alliance in 2022. Amy also obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I, Professional Scrum Master II, and Professional Scrum Master I certifications from Scrum.org in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Furthermore, in 2018, Amy Elias obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
