Chad Marchant

Chad Marchant currently serves as the Post-Closing Team Lead at United Wholesale Mortgage, where leadership skills are applied to manage a team of 16 individuals since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Underwriter at Chad’s Retired from October 2021 to June 2023, utilizing financial expertise for business strategy development. Chad also completed a Plumber/Pipefitter Apprenticeship at UA 190, acquiring skills in material procurement and project adaptability. As the Founder/Owner of Fynull from November 2015 to August 2020, Chad achieved significant revenue growth through business development and customer service initiatives. Additional contributions to the community were made as a Counselor/Mentor at Victory House of Kankakee County, and as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, where performance turnaround strategies were successfully implemented. Chad's earlier roles included maintaining campus grounds and facilities at Olivet Nazarene University, while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and a minor in Psychology between 2008 and 2012.
