Corey Chubner

Corey Chubner has extensive experience in government affairs and legal practices, currently serving as the Executive Director of Government Affairs & Investor Relations at United Wholesale Mortgage since August 2018. In this role, Corey strategically leads the organization’s efforts in stakeholder engagement and acts as a liaison with governmental officials and industry associations. Prior positions include Director of Government Affairs & Investor Relations, Staff Attorney, and Business Innovation Specialist at United Wholesale Mortgage, as well as Attorney at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney and risk management consultant at Guy Hurley, LLC. Corey’s earlier legal experience includes managing the Los Angeles office of Denenberg Tuffley, PLLC, and being part of a medical malpractice defense team at Tanoury, Corbet, Shaw, Nauts & Essad, PLLC. Corey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Michigan State University.
