Darcy Leutzinger

Darcy Leutzinger, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. They currently serve as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of the Pacific - School of Health Sciences. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Security at United Wholesale Mortgage. They also founded Premier Training Services, a full-service safety organization, where they served as the President. Additionally, they have worked as the AVERT Program Developer and Director at the Health & Safety Institute (HSI). Furthermore, they have experience as the President of Tac Pac Bleeding Control Kit, a company offering high-quality and affordable bleeding control kits. They also served as the President of Shotokan911 Film and Television Advisors, providing trained SWAT officers for the film and television industry. Darcy Leutzinger has also worked at Quicken Loans as the Team Leader of Investigations/Executive Protection and at the City of Warren Police Department as a Lieutenant (Retired).

Darcy Leutzinger, PhD holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Emergency and Protective Services from Capitol Technology University, which was obtained in 2023. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University in 2022. Their Bachelor's degree (BS) was obtained from Eastern Michigan University, where they studied Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General. In addition to their academic achievements, Darcy holds a Black Belt in Universal Shotokan Karate.
